Design And Display
A lot of work has been done on the Coolpad Note 5 smartphone in terms of design. First of all, this is an all metal smartphone. The feel is premium and the body is sturdy. The front facing 8 MP camera comes with a flash.

The back side of the phone houses a 13 MP camera and a fingerprint scanner. At the bottom, there is a speaker grill.

When it comes to the display, the Coolpad Note 5 features a full HD 5.5 inch display. The touch control is perfect and on screen colours are crisp. Set the display on the adaptive brightness mode and you are good to go in all conditions.

Performance
Coolpad has put a octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset under the hood of this smartphone. This is accompanied by 4 GB of RAM. The Antutu Score achieved by the Coolpad Note 5 is 46323.

For Gamers: I played games like Asphalt 8, Modern Combat 5 and WWE Immortals. There was no issue with the gameplay and the phone does not heats up immediately. So, Coolpad Note 5 is a complete gaming device.

Camera

This is an area where this company has now excelled. The above images have been clicked using the rear 13 MP and the front 8 MP camera on the Coolpad Note 5 smartphone and the results are pretty good. The images come out well even under the low light conditions. The clarity remains on zooming up the image. You should click on the images and see them in full screen mode in order to get a clear picture.

Battery
This is another USP of the phone. With a 4010 mAh battery and full charge, the phone gives a backup of around 2 days. Even with such a huge battery, the phone is quite thin and not heavy.

Verdict
The Coolpad Note 5 should be your go to smartphone if you are looking for an all-rounder in budget. It offers a beautiful display, 4 GB RAM, a fast processor and a supreme build quality. Not to forget, the camera quality is great and the phone does well to capture the good moments in your life. A thumbs up from my side.
