Patanjali Kesh Kanti Shampoo Review

Overall Rating

The reason for me to try out this shampoo was the hard water at the place I moved to. The place where I lived earlier, i.e. Delhi, doesn’t have hard water issues. The tap water is good there and it kept the hair good. Once I moved to Ahmedabad, the hard water started playing havoc with my hair. That is when I went to a store and bought the Patanjali Kesh Kanti shampoo on suggestion of some of my friends.

When I started using the product initially, I noticed that it left the hair soft after the wash. Also, it wasn’t too viscous and was quite thin, so it was easy to spread it on hair and scalp. I was happy after first couple of washes. After that I noticed a rather strange thing. The shampoo had this tendency of settling on the scalp. Some of the white particles of the shampoo settled on the scalp and over the time they started causing hair-fall.

To be honest guys, this ain’t a good shampoo. It costs extremely less and is easily available. This is the only good part. Although, it is made in India and their is a certain level of sentiment attached to the Patanjali Kesh Kanti Shampoo and Baba Ramdev for some of the users but the truth is that the shampoo does more harm than good. It is best to avoid it and go for some other product.
