Xiaomi Mi Pad Quick Review

xiaomi mi pad

Xiaomi Mi Pad is a budget tablet of sorts. It costs only $207 or Rs 12,999 and still boasts of a 7.9 inch 2k display. This 2k display means two time HD! Not only on paper, the display of the tablet is really beautiful.

Further, the screen got Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. This is not a regular feature for the tablets as the screen size of a tablet is bigger and the manufacturer seldom puts a Gorilla Glass protection in order to avoid escalating the cost.

In terms of performance, I have not yet run Benchmarks on the Xiaomi Mi Pad. However, I did play one of the heaviest games around on the high graphic settings. The game I am talking about is the Asphalt 8: Airborne. Everything was simply superb. The big beautiful display and the gameplay, I loved it all. Check out the video below to get a better idea of what I am talking of.

On the paper too, the Xiaomi Mi Pad is a solid one with a quad core Nvidia Tegra K1 Chipset and 2 GB of RAM.

The rear camera of 8 MP and the front facing 5 MP perform a decent job. I will be posting images in the full review for you to see.

xiaomi mi pad osThe Xiaomi Mi Pad carries a massive 6700 mAh battery and it will be interesting to see how it performs in our battery tests. The tablet runs on Android KitKat operating system.

I played with the Xiaomi Mi Pad for an hour. For the time I used it, I liked it. The pricing is just too aggressive and the gadget will be liked by the consumers too.
