Design And Display
The Redmi 4A comes with a 5 inch HD display which got good colours and a decent visibility under the sunlight. The phone is small and the form factor is good enough to operate the device using a single hand. When it comes to the build quality, this device is made up of metal and is a unibody phone. redmi 4a backThis not only gives the Redmi 4A a premium factor but also provides sturdiness to the device.

Performance
Xiaomi has put in a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset under the hood of the Redmi 4A and this has been coupled with 2 GB of RAM. I ran Antutu Benchmark on this device and got a score of 353,000 plus.

For your regular usage, the phone works exceedingly well given that it costs only Rs 6000. Navigating from one app to another is easy and fast, social media apps and Chrome browser do not slow down. In gaming area, I played heavy game like the Need For Speed No Limits and the phone held well. The processor does not heat up and the performance remains spot on for a long period of time. The GPS gets locked in fast and the navigation system is good to use.

Camera
A 13 MP rear camera with flash and a front facing 5 MP camera is what we have in the Xiaomi Redmi 4A smartphone. The rear camera is capable of clicking decent images. However, the front camera suffers under low lights and needs good amount of environment lights in order to take a good selfie. Check out the images below. The rear camera is remarkable.

Battery Life
The 3120 mAh battery gives a day of battery juice and overall I am happy with the battery life of the Redmi 4A. During my review, I also doubled this phone as a WiFi Hotspot since I was using this phone with my Jio SIM. Guys, the hotspot on 4G network, is a prime eater of battery. But to my surprise, the 4A held onto its nerves and lasted for hours.

Verdict
What we call in Hindi – Full Paisa Vasool. That is Redmi 4A smartphone for you. The rear camera is good and so is the build quality. The battery is excellent and the 425 chipset performs like a charm. Overall, this is the best budget phone as of today.
