Yu Yureka Vs Redmi 2: Design And Display
When it comes to the display, the Yu Yureka sports a 5.5 inch HD display. The colours and the viewing angles are pretty good and the touch is nice. The big screen enables the users to play games and enjoy movies. On the other hand, we have a slightly smaller 4.7 inch display in the Redmi 2. Even this display is HD and I will appeal to the users who are looking for one hand use ad the smaller displays keeps the form factor of the phone small.
Yu Yureka Vs Redmi 2: Performance
A 2 GB RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa core CPU (2 quad core chipsets) power up the Yu Yureka. The benchmark scores are high and the phone provides exceptional multitasking and gaming performance. Coming to the Redmi, it is powered up by 1 GB RAM and a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor. Now this is fine for multitasking but heavy gaming is a big no on this phone.
Winner: Yu Yureka
Yu Yureka Vs Redmi 2: Camera
The rear cam on both these handsets can click some really nice shots. However, the trouble with the Redmi 2 is that the images have a slight yellowish tinge to them. This undermines the natural colour of the object.
When it comes to the front facing camera, the 5 MP cam of the Yureka is better in clicking selfies than the 2 MP front cam of the Redmi 2. In-fact, the front cam of Redmi 1S was much better than the front cam on the Redmi 2.
Winner: Yu Yureka
Yu Yureka Vs Redmi 2: Battery
The battery backup provided by these gadgets is pretty similar. With a moderate usage, I was able to use the phones for a full day. If we go into specifications, then on Yureka I have a 2550 mAh battery and on the Redmi 2 I have a 2200 mAh battery.
Verdict: Yu Yureka Wins
Go for Redmi 2 only if you prefer a single hand use. Do note that the camera renders a yellowish tinge to the final images and the front camera is not that good. On the other hand, you will get most of your demands fulfilled via the Yu Yureka. A nice display, solid performance and a nice camera, Yureka has it all.
