Design And Display
The Infinix HOT 7 is a budget segment phone which impresses in terms of design. The phone has a wide notch at the front because it sports a dual facing front facing camera with flash. At the back also, there is a dual camera with flash and a fingerprint scanner.
When it comes to the display, the phone sports a big 6.19 inch HD+ display. I will give a thumbs up to the Infinix team here as they have done a fantastic job with screen. The colours are natural and premium. You feel like you are using a premium phone and would love the display.
Performance
The phone comes with MediaTek P25 Octa Core processor, 4 GB of RAM and Android 9 Pie outside of the box. This translates to solid performance when using the phone for regular usage. You can open multiple applications and everything is smooth. However this phone is not meant for heavy gaming like PubG. Light to medium level phones would work smoothly.
Camera
This is another area where the Infinix HOT 7 impresses. A dual rear camera of 13 MP with a 2 MP depth sensor works solid and provides for detailed images. The portrait mode images come out well. Then the front camera also is a dual one and provides crisp and clear selfies. Check out the images below for a better idea of what I am talking about.
Battery Life
A massive 4000 mAh battery powers up the Infinix HOT 7. This kind of battery is really useful when you are running long distances without time to plug into a power source. It easily lasts a day and can even stretch beyond. At the same time, there is no fast charge and the battery takes 2 hours plus to charge to hundred percent.
